License Agreement

Please make sure you read the license agreement regarding the use of Renegade Internet software.

Terms and Conditions

Renegade Internet software is refundable for 30 days for defects or software bugs only, following at least one opportunity for Renegade Internet to correct the defects or software bugs within 7 days. The customer must also agree to cease using the software and destroy all existing copies of the software in their possession.

  • Refunds are not given for non-product labor costs, which is included but not limited to consulting fees, installation fees, and setup fees.

  • Refunds are not given for missing features or capabilities for our software products which feature a fully functional online demo, or for which we have arranged for a trial period. The customer is responsible for determining if the product is suitable by using the demo or trial software.

  • Refunds are not given for inability to meet hardware or software requirements for which the requirements are clearly listed on the product site or for which compatibility testing software is provided.

Disclaimer

A 20% ($45.00 USD minimum) processing fee applies to all refunds.
